Ok, time for my thoughts about our latest podcast episode.

Episode 12: Gustavo Arellano’s Road Trip

Full disclosure: I have never met Los Angeles Times columnist Gustavo Arellano in person, but I have known him online since 2008. That’s 16 years of friendship. I have always loved Gustavo’s writing style and takes, and quite frankly, he makes me laugh.

We have done several shows together in the past, and they have always been a blast. So when I found out about Gustavo’s latest “Caminos del Southwest: A road trip through Latino America” project, we had to have Gustavo on the show.

I am thrilled he said yes because it is perhaps my favorite episode of Season 1. The episode felt like one friend telling another friend about his latest travel adventures. I was hooked. This episode was joyful and smart. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

The Latino Newsletter podcast is also on SpotifyApple PodcastsAudible, iHeart Radio, YouTube and on this site.

For more about Gustavo, visit his main site. He is one of the best Latino cultural critics and voices around.
